About the role
- Create and revise copy for digital marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, automation flows, ads, website content and downloadable/rich materials;
- Develop persuasive copy aligned with inbound marketing strategies, paid traffic and lead generation goals;
- Produce content for social media, respecting the brand's tone of voice and the objectives of each channel;
- Ensure consistency of language and brand positioning for Invenzi across all touchpoints;
- Collaborate with the marketing coordinator, designer and videomaker;
- Produce video scripts;
- Review and optimize copy with a focus on conversion, clarity and user experience (UX Writing);
- Participate in the planning of campaigns and marketing initiatives, contributing creative and strategic ideas;
- Analyze campaign and content results, proposing continuous improvements based on data;
- Support the production of institutional content and internal communications when needed;
- Keep up to date with trends and best practices in copywriting, storytelling and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a writer, copywriter or content analyst;
- Proven professional experience prior to 2022;
- Experience in the B2B market;
- Knowledge of copywriting for inbound marketing and sales funnels;
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station);
- Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion-oriented writing;
- Experience creating copy for paid ads and social media.
