About the role

  • Create and revise copy for digital marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, automation flows, ads, website content and downloadable/rich materials;
  • Develop persuasive copy aligned with inbound marketing strategies, paid traffic and lead generation goals;
  • Produce content for social media, respecting the brand's tone of voice and the objectives of each channel;
  • Ensure consistency of language and brand positioning for Invenzi across all touchpoints;
  • Collaborate with the marketing coordinator, designer and videomaker;
  • Produce video scripts;
  • Review and optimize copy with a focus on conversion, clarity and user experience (UX Writing);
  • Participate in the planning of campaigns and marketing initiatives, contributing creative and strategic ideas;
  • Analyze campaign and content results, proposing continuous improvements based on data;
  • Support the production of institutional content and internal communications when needed;
  • Keep up to date with trends and best practices in copywriting, storytelling and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a writer, copywriter or content analyst;
  • Proven professional experience prior to 2022;
  • Experience in the B2B market;
  • Knowledge of copywriting for inbound marketing and sales funnels;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station);
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion-oriented writing;
  • Experience creating copy for paid ads and social media.
