About the role
- Categorize, prioritize and process incoming service requests
- Analyze existing IT infrastructures and client environments to identify optimization opportunities
- Provide remote support to our customers and perform occasional on-site work
- Handle incidents, change requests and general inquiries with a high standard of quality
- Produce clear, practical documentation and user guides
- Lead and oversee IT projects from planning through to successful handover
- Maintain structured project communication and coordinate the teams involved
Requirements
- Strong skills in IT project management
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience administering Windows client/server environments and cloud systems
- Interest in technical topics and active contribution to the further development of our products
- Strong hands-on mentality and commitment to continuous learning
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer orientation
- Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification
- Team player with enthusiasm for new challenges
- Very good German and good English language skills
