About the role

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries via online channels
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including features, use cases, and potential issues
  • Test new product features, updates, and bug fixes
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to improve processes and products
  • Track and report support metrics to help improve customer experience and product quality
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share suggestions in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Some experience in product support, customer support, or a related role (fintech field is a huge plus)
  • Excellent communication skills to work with customers and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn product features, troubleshoot issues, and participate in product release testing
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
