Business Analyst

• Take ownership of payments integrations and feature requirements
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables for development teams
• Research, analyse and outline new payment schemes (SEPA, TIPS, TARGET2)
• Join client onboarding and integration sessions, gathering feedback and improvement ideas
• Cooperate with a peer BA to ensure smooth operation of integrations and well-maintained documentation.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base that includes payment workflows, integration patterns, best practices, and repeatable procedures learned from previous integrations
• Help the team test the product to ensure it works as intended
