HR Coordinator – Office
InventiHR & Office Coordinator enhancing HR operations and office management in a fintech environment. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience processes with a focus on team culture.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all stages of the employment lifecycle processes and documents, as well as ensuring accurate updates across internal HR systems.
- Support Talent Acquisition through candidate sourcing, phone screening, and conducting interviews.
- Manage daily office operations, including supply orders, company phone administration, guest reception, and general email correspondence.
- Organize internal events such as monthly team lunches, as well as seasonal gatherings like summer and winter parties and other initiatives.
- Assist with broader HR initiatives, including learning and development programs, onboarding, performance review cycles, and process improvement projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Hands-on experience (or willing to learn) in sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling or conducting interviews.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, people-oriented, and eager to support a positive team culture.
- Driving license (is a huge plus).
