About the role

  • You take over product projects after the concept phase and independently drive them to market readiness.
  • You develop product components in detail, finalize formulations or components, and work them through down to the smallest detail.
  • You test, evaluate, and document raw materials and packaging materials, including contextualizing the scientific background.
  • You liaise with external partners, suppliers, and testing institutes, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • You oversee sample phases, test batches, and quality tests, drawing the appropriate conclusions from the results.
  • You prepare complete product documentation for internal departments, ensuring no one loses track during the process.
  • You identify potential risks (regulatory, quality, or timeline-related) early and address them proactively.
  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Depending on the project phase, you may work focused from home or be closely engaged on-site in the office.

Requirements

  • A completed vocational training or degree in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or medical field (e.g., PTA, TFA, MFA, CTA, BTA, or a degree in natural sciences).
  • You understand scientific contexts—especially regarding raw materials, medicinal plants, and quality assurance—and can accurately interpret them.
  • You work in a structured, careful, and precise manner.
  • You can document complex information clearly and comprehensibly.
  • You have good English skills.
  • Nice to have, but not required: experience in raw material procurement or technical/scientific purchasing.
  • Basic knowledge of medicinal plants, plant-based active ingredients, or natural substances.
  • Experience in the animal feed sector.
