About the role
- Own and drive a key segment of our GenAI-powered workflow automation product end-to-end
- Collaborate closely with engineers and implementation managers to define , prioritize , and deliver feature improvements
- Lead agile development teams through planning , delivery , and iteration cycles
- Support implementation teams with product presentations and technical input for client prospects
- Help building and refining scalable processes for international and cross-domain expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities, validate product-market fit, and ensure we deliver real value to customers
Requirements
- 2-4+ years as a product owner / manager in digital product-focused environments
- Proven ability to lead development teams independently , from requirements gathering to feature release and iteration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — adept at bringing order to ambiguity
- Excellent communication ; comfortable with both technical and business audiences
- Proactive , adaptable , and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced startup
- Bonus: Experience in AI, fintech , workflow automation , or consulting
- Proficiency in Hungarian and fluency in English are required
