About the role
- Area Manager (AM) is responsible for managing a specific geographic area
- Work closely with Sales and Operations Managers to meet individual production goals
- Provide initial and ongoing training and mentoring to FC’s and Sales Assistants
- Conducts business development and community involvement activities
- Knowledgeable of all UIF products and programs
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree desired
- 3-5 years Mortgage or related professional experience highly preferred
- Necessary NMLS training and licensure
- Strong computer skills required such as Excel, Word, and Adobe
