About the role
- Act as the creative lead transforming clients’ ideas into visual stories and contribute to creative strategies for each client
- Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a wide range of ad projects based on client requests
- Create eye-catching banner and video ads using specific design software and tools
- Ensure visual materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
- Edit and retouch images, including color correction, cropping, and optimization for various platforms
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs based on client or team input
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Work closely with internal teams to understand design objectives and project requirements
- Use tools like Canva and Creatopy to build ad creatives efficiently
- Manage daily tasks and deadlines through Asana, ensuring timely delivery
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Fulfill up to 120 creative assignments per month
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related creative field
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills is required; experience with animated banners or video projects is a plus
- Experience in graphic design or animation software and tools such as Canva, Creatopy, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects or similar editing tools
- Proficiency in creating and editing videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools
- Experience in copywriting and proofing to handle headline & script writing with no grammar errors, clear sentence structure and proper pronunciation for video voice overs
- Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Ability to self-manage tasks using tools like Asana or similar project management platforms
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills when working with internal teams
- Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S., excluding the following states: California, New York, or Washington
- Experience with DSPs such as Simpli.fi is a plus
