✅ Design and develop visually appealing, on-brand graphics for social media, presentations, web, conference collateral, and print materials.
✅ Create a library of editable templates in Canva and/or Figma for internal team use, ensuring ease and consistency.
✅ Collaborate closely with our Commercial team to understand design needs and translate them into clear, impactful visuals.
✅ Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a high level of polish.
✅ Manage project timelines and deliver designs efficiently.
Requirements
🌟 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showing versatility (B2B and/or behavioral health experience a plus).
🌟 Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Canva, with demonstrated ability to build robust, user-friendly templates.
🌟 Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
🌟 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
🌟 Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
🌟 A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot email and landing page design; Branding and social media design experience; Background in B2B and/or behavioral healthcare.
