Product Manager

• Act as the product owner on a domain specific cross-functional team made up of a customer success enablement partner, product designer and engineers.
• Lead discovery with providers, clinical leaders, and other external and internal stakeholders to understand how outcomes data informs high-stakes decisions.
• Translate research and insights into clear business problem statements, hypotheses, and product bets.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver product bets that make outcomes data actionable and trustworthy.
• Work closely with Data, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure insights align with real operational and reimbursement needs.
• Define and measure the success of aligned business problems.
• Balance experimentation with structured delivery to bring validated ideas to production.
