About the role
- Monitor order process flow from receiving orders to Customer(s) doorstep
- Provide insights on day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations
- Review current supply chain operations
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for stock reconciliation
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Analyze customer information and needs to improve relationships
- Evaluate risk factors impacting efficiency
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services
Requirements
- At least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
- Strong time management skills
