About the role

  • Manage and grow the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia
  • Create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands
  • Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness for consumers and exposure for the brand
  • Coordinate with different in-house teams to ensure brand success
  • Responsible for account NMV and revenue growth
  • Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
  • Develop annual growth plans and campaign proposals
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive brand performance

Requirements

  • Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
  • Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
  • Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
  • Project management experience
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
