About the role

  • Support livestream production planning and coordinate execution according to the approved plan. Manage all technical aspects, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and graphics for livestream sessions. Develop production timelines and checklists based on specific requirements (if applicable).
  • Direct and coordinate livestream sessions, ensuring smooth content flow and handling real-time issues on-site or in the studio. Collaborate with and prepare KOLs/hosts/crew to create an interactive atmosphere. Monitor and respond to live feedback to optimize viewer experience.
  • Consolidate KPI reports and propose improvements for future livestream sessions. Develop creative concepts and production plans for upcoming livestreams.
  • Build effective connections with internal teams, partners, agencies, and brands. Coordinate livestream schedules with internal teams and agencies. Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in livestream production and pre-production projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Communications, Media, Event Management, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in livestream production, video production, or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
  • Proficient in livestream platforms and software such as vMix, OBS, Shopee Live, TikTok Live Studio, Lazada Live, and other production support tools.
  • Skilled in operating production equipment including cameras, lighting systems, microphones, mixers, etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Passion for storytelling, content creation, and producing engaging, high-impact experiences.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
