About the role
- Understand business requirements and any other requirements from PO, and higher managers
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and designers to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly
- Validate whether the system behavior matches the intended logic
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and help translate business needs into actionable tasks
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Understanding of Agile process and principles is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Likes to question “why” things work that way
- Is very detail-oriented and structured
- Experience in e-commerce is a big plus
