About the role
- Managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Singapore
- Creating the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands
- Negotiating with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize value
- Coordinating with different in-house teams for brand success
- Responsible for account NMV and revenue growth
Requirements
- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce
- Ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
- Commercial performance-driven mindset
- Flexible & collaborative attitude
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
- Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
- Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
- Project management experience
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
