About the role

  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team, driving revenue while building a supportive, collaborative, and values-led sales culture
  • Responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Focus on coaching, performance management, and learning and development
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and campaigns
  • Work closely with teams across the business and regions, contributing to global sales initiatives
  • Ensure local execution aligns with broader commercial priorities
  • Build strong relationships with key partners and represent Intrepid at industry events

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales management, ideally within the travel industry
  • Strong leadership and people management experience, with a focus on coaching and team development
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategy and execution
  • Experience planning resourcing to meet demand, performance targets and SLAs
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for travel and a strong understanding of Intrepid’s products and destinations
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, analytical and results-focused mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills
