About the role
- Support the management of daily operations, including recruitment, training, and performance of tour leaders.
- Responsible for monitoring and implementing safety standards, code of conduct, and responsible travel policies across the Central America region.
- Work collaboratively with Reservations, Product, Contracting, Sales, Customer Care, and Global Operations to drive group profitability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Support various administrative tasks to assist the Operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or tourism.
- 1+ years working on management coaching / training experience.
- 2 + years in administrative tasks using Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both English and Spanish.
- Reliable with outstanding organizational skills.
- Problem solving and decision making.
