About the role
- Responsible for the overall performance of Pacific Northwest trips, including maintaining and operating a branch warehouse and performing business administrative duties related to the branch.
- Serve as the main point of contact for field staff in the Pacific Northwest branch as well as the Operations teams.
- Supports contracting, reservations, sales, and other branch functions.
- Expected to perform other duties as required, which may fall outside the scope of these responsibilities depending on business needs.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays as necessary.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the field area; Northwest USA Travel industry work experience, preferably as a tour leader or guide or operations manager
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English
- Experience in administrative tasks with solid skills in Microsoft Office including word and excel
- Previous experience with a CRM system/ Salesforce preferred
- Strong supervisory, facilitation and organization skills
- Ability to lift up-to 20 pounds and work at a computer station up to 40 hours-per-week
- Meet company and DOT driving requirements and maintain a valid Driver’s License; Must be at least 21 years of age and successfully pass a motor vehicle and background check
- Maintain a current Wilderness First Responder, CPR & Epi Certification
