About the role
- Be the go-to expert for our hotel bookings, supporting guests from first enquiry through to check-out
- Play a key role in delivering seamless, end-to-end reservation experiences
- Ensure every interaction is personal, efficient and genuinely welcoming
- Guide guests with confidence, manage bookings with care, and ensure high standards of quality and service are met
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in hotel reservations or sales support within accommodation
- Experience in front facing customer service roles, with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of accommodation booking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Collaborative and a team player, with a guest first approach
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
