About the role

  • Transition from HGB or local accounting to the asset statement in accordance with the German KAGB (Capital Investment Code)
  • Management of corporate service providers at home and abroad
  • Coordination of annual financial statement preparation domestically and internationally
  • Organization of shareholders’ meetings and shareholders’ resolutions
  • Ongoing tax support for the real estate companies in cooperation with external tax advisors and the internal tax department
  • Handling of payment transactions and management of master data and documents
  • Planning and execution of distributions and capital measures

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of accounting and basic tax knowledge are mandatory
  • A successfully completed degree in economics/business administration or vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable educational background – ideally supplemented by further qualifications (e.g., certified balance sheet accountant)
  • High level of responsibility
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team and an independent working style
  • Assertiveness and a confident manner
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
