About the role

  • Independently organize office operations at the Frankfurt location
  • Manage office supplies, procurement and coordination with suppliers
  • Coordinate external service providers (e.g., cleaning, facility management)
  • Support accounting (invoice verification)
  • Arrange travel (flights, hotels, rail travel)
  • Ensure a well-maintained and professional work environment
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Plan and implement cross-location organizational matters
  • Organize internal and external events, including catering
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks
  • Greet and assist visitors and handle on-site customer contact

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification—ideally with experience in the hospitality or service sector
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a team-oriented attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Flexible, resilient and hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel; occasional assignments at the Luxembourg site are possible
