About the role
- Independently organize office operations at the Frankfurt location
- Manage office supplies, procurement and coordination with suppliers
- Coordinate external service providers (e.g., cleaning, facility management)
- Support accounting (invoice verification)
- Arrange travel (flights, hotels, rail travel)
- Ensure a well-maintained and professional work environment
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Plan and implement cross-location organizational matters
- Organize internal and external events, including catering
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks
- Greet and assist visitors and handle on-site customer contact
- Manage general communications (phone, email, mail, courier services)
- Organize and prepare meetings
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification—ideally with experience in the hospitality or service sector
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a team-oriented attitude
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Flexible, resilient and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel; occasional assignments at the Luxembourg site are possible
