About the role

  • Reconciliation/conversion from HGB or local GAAP to the asset statement in accordance with the KAGB
  • Management of corporate service providers in Germany and abroad
  • Coordination of the preparation of annual financial statements in Germany and abroad
  • Organization of shareholder meetings and shareholder resolutions
  • Ongoing tax support for the real estate companies in cooperation with external tax advisors and the internal tax department
  • Processing of payment transactions as well as management of master data and documents
  • Planning and execution of distributions and capital measures

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of accounting
  • Basic tax knowledge is mandatory
  • Completed degree in economics/business administration or training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or an equivalent vocational background
  • Ideally supplemented by further qualifications (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter / certified accounting specialist)
  • High degree of responsibility
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with an independent working style
  • Assertiveness and a confident demeanour
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
