About the role

  • Conversion from HGB or local accounting standards to asset statements in accordance with the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB)
  • Management of corporate service providers domestically and internationally
  • Coordination of annual financial statement preparation at home and abroad
  • Organization of shareholders’ meetings and shareholder resolutions
  • Ongoing tax support for the real estate companies in cooperation with external tax advisors and the internal tax department
  • Handling of payment transactions as well as management of master data and documents
  • Planning and execution of distributions and capital measures

Requirements

  • Solid accounting knowledge and basic tax expertise are mandatory
  • A completed degree in economics/business administration or vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or an equivalent background—ideally supplemented by further qualifications (e.g., certified balance sheet accountant/Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • High degree of responsibility
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with an independent working style
  • Assertiveness and a confident manner
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
