About the role

  • End-to-end application management for our cloud-based platform for technical real estate management as well as other related applications
  • 2nd-level support including analysis, prioritization and resolution of complex tickets; close collaboration with 1st-level support, business units and external partners
  • Interface between business and IT: requirements management, documentation, quality assurance
  • Regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external customers, including partners inside and outside the HIH Group
  • Release management: test planning, testing, rollout coordination and communication to stakeholders
  • Monitoring of stability and performance as well as continuous process improvement
  • Management and maintenance of integrations, particularly with ERP and DMS systems (including data imports/exports and API-based connections)
  • Creation and maintenance of knowledge articles, how-tos and user training

Requirements

  • Vocational training or a degree in technical property management, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Analytical, structured and service-oriented; strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Languages: German at least C1, English at least B2
