About the role

  • Reconciliation from HGB or local accounting standards to the asset statement in accordance with the KAGB (German Investment Code)
  • Management of corporate service providers domestically and internationally
  • Coordination of the preparation of annual financial statements at home and abroad
  • Organization of shareholders' meetings and shareholder resolutions
  • Ongoing tax support for the real estate companies in cooperation with external tax advisors and the internal tax department
  • Processing of payment transactions and management of master data and documents
  • Planning and execution of distributions and capital measures

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of accounting
  • Basic tax knowledge is mandatory
  • Degree in economics/business administration or training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable vocational background
  • Ideally supplemented by further qualifications (e.g., certified accountant/Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • High sense of responsibility
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with an independent working style
  • Assertiveness and a confident demeanor
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
