About the role

  • Implement and maintain IVR and call routing solutions
  • Design and build dashboards for real-time and historical reporting
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Deploy and configure cloud-based and on-premises contact center software solutions
  • Develop digital bot flows to enhance customer interactions
  • Integrate applications with backend systems for enhanced functionality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Windows Systems
  • Familiarity with Computer Networking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • **Desired Skills:**
  • Experience in supporting enterprise applications
  • Experience in JavaScript or other scripting languages for automation
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools
  • Using Linux and basic administration
  • Problem-solving skills in IT environments
