About the role
- Implement and maintain IVR and call routing solutions
- Design and build dashboards for real-time and historical reporting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Deploy and configure cloud-based and on-premises contact center software solutions
- Develop digital bot flows to enhance customer interactions
- Integrate applications with backend systems for enhanced functionality
- Continuously enhance technical skills through training and learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Windows Systems
- Familiarity with Computer Networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- **Desired Skills:**
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications
- Experience in JavaScript or other scripting languages for automation
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools
- Using Linux and basic administration
- Problem-solving skills in IT environments
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning new technologies
