About the role

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Full Monte SRA through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations to illustrate the value of schedule risk analysis for project and program management teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to contract close — and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging, improve demos, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Stay informed about project management, earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis trends to position Full Monte SRA competitively.
  • Travel is required as necessary.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS sales,
  • Knowledge of technical, analytics, or project management software.
  • Understanding of project scheduling tools (such as Microsoft Project or Primavera) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Preferred experience selling into government contracting (GovCon), defense, or aerospace sectors preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who excels in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States and will not sponsor visas.
