About the role
- Review user search queries and related job posting results
- Evaluate and label the relevance of postings and the likelihood of application using clear rubrics
- Deliver evaluated outputs daily
- Participate in team discussions to align opinions and ensure consistency
- Flag unclear or edge-case results and collaborate with the client’s team to refine guidelines
- Take part in project meetings (primarily in German, English-friendly) and provide updates
Requirements
- German language proficiency (C1+)
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Ability to work carefully with text and follow clear instructions
