About the role
- Monitor, verify, and edit real-time traffic incident information from multiple sources
- Gather data from official channels, social media, emails, and police reports (access provided by the client)
- Apply structured editorial rules with high accuracy
- Work with internal tools, navigation apps, and maps to process incidents
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry during each shift
- Work with an international team, processing incidents exclusively in English
- Attend training provided in British English
Requirements
- B2+ English proficiency (good spoken and written English)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during night shifts
- Confident computer skills: fast typing, ability to work with multiple tabs/windows
- Ability to follow strict procedures without deviation
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work without supervision
- Willingness to work fixed night shifts
