About the role

  • Build and operate an AI-driven content engine that produces high-quality, consistent, and strategic content for: LinkedIn, Instagram, Blog / Landing pages
  • Design a content pipeline (idea → research → AI draft → human refinement → publish → measure → optimize)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.)
  • Experiment with AI agents for: Blog generation, Repurposing content across platforms, SEO research automation, Trend scanning
  • Create structured content calendars
  • Turn founder insights into high-performing posts
  • Build reusable content frameworks
  • Analyze metrics and optimize systematically
  • Design the content machine rather than just executing tasks

  • Experimented with GPTs, agents, automations
  • Understand how to prompt properly
