About the role
- Handling national and international customer inquiries (written and by phone) and preparing quotations
- Managing the customer service inbox
- Supporting the sales team and operational departments in customer communications related to commercial processes
- Sending customer mailings and measuring customer satisfaction
- Handling international inquiries and cross-border projects within the Intertek network
- General office tasks
Requirements
- Vocational training as a Foreign Language Correspondent (m/f/d/x) or a comparable commercial qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or Chinese are an advantage
- Confident demeanor, team player, and a reliable, independent working style
- Proficient user of MS Office programs
- Enjoy communicating with customers and possess solid process understanding
- Commitment, initiative, and enthusiasm for new challenges
