About the role

  • Handling national and international customer inquiries (written and by phone) and preparing quotations
  • Managing the customer service inbox

Requirements

  • Vocational training as a Foreign Language Correspondent (m/f/d/x) or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or Chinese are an advantage
  • Confident demeanor, team player, and a reliable, independent working style
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and possess solid process understanding
  • Commitment, initiative, and enthusiasm for new challenges
