About the role

  • Processing national and international customer inquiries (written and by phone)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a foreign language correspondent or an equivalent commercial qualification
  • Strong German (at least B2) and English (at least B2) skills, both written and spoken
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese (at least B1) are an advantage
  • Confident demeanor, team-oriented, reliable and able to work independently
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Enjoyment in interacting and communicating with customers
