About the role
- Processing national and international customer inquiries (written and by phone)
- Preparing quotations
- Managing the customer service mailbox
- Supporting the sales team and operational departments in customer communications
- Sending customer mailings and measuring customer satisfaction
- Handling international inquiries and cross-country projects within the Intertek network
- General office duties
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a foreign language correspondent or an equivalent commercial qualification
- Strong German (at least B2) and English (at least B2) skills, both written and spoken
- Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese (at least B1) are an advantage
- Confident demeanor, team-oriented, reliable and able to work independently
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Enjoyment in interacting and communicating with customers
