About the role
- Responsible for the introduction and continuous development of the MTM system across German production sites
- Strategic responsibility for the deployment of MTM methods (e.g., MTM-1, MTM-UAS, MTM-Easy)
- Lead and coordinate MTM projects for process optimization
- Develop and maintain MTM databases and time modules
- Train, develop, and coach employees in MTM
- Interface with Lean Management, Industrial Engineering, and Production Planning
- Collaborate with the works councils of the German Interroll plants on the explanation and implementation of MTM
- Ensure compliance with standards and norms in work measurement
- Report and present results to management and stakeholders
- Participate in and contribute to interdisciplinary projects
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Work Science, or a related field
- Certified MTM Practitioner or MTM Instructor (e.g., MTM-1, MTM-UAS)
- Knowledge of and experience with REFA methods
- Several years of professional experience applying and leading MTM projects
- Experience in high-variant series production
- Leadership skills and project management experience
- Experience collaborating with works council bodies
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Proficient with MTM software tools and MS Office
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English (at least C1 level)
