- You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams from development, production and quality assurance, and support projects from concept to series production.
- Develop, design and optimize plastic housings and drive units, taking into account functional, manufacturability and economic aspects.
- Create 3D models, technical drawings and bills of materials using modern CAD systems (preferably Inventor).
- Perform tolerance analyses, FEA, FMEA and DFM workshops to ensure product quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners, particularly in the areas of injection molding and plastics processing, as well as gear manufacturing.
- Validate and test prototypes and support product introduction into serial production.
- Prepare technical documentation and support the creation of test plans and assembly instructions.

- Solid understanding of design for materials, manufacturing processes (especially injection molding) and gear technology.
- Good knowledge of the application of standards and regulations (e.g. ISO, DIN) in mechanical engineering.
- Analytical thinking, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits
