Overall responsibility for planning, managing and successfully delivering challenging mechatronic projects — from concept to production readiness
Lead interdisciplinary teams and coordinate internal and external partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
Independently lead and manage complex projects in the field of mechatronics
Create and monitor project plans, budgets and resource allocations
Coordinate and manage suppliers and development partners
Ensure compliance with quality, schedule and cost targets
Conduct risk and change management throughout the project lifecycle
Resolve technical issues and align requirements with customers, specialist departments and external partners
Report to management and lead milestone and status meetings
Support proposal preparation and project acquisition

Requirements

Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project management of complex technical projects, ideally in mechatronics
Solid knowledge of the development and integration of mechatronic systems
Experience leading teams and working with customers and partners
Confident use of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Scrum, V-Model, MS Office)
Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
