About the role
- Work closely with senior team members to support clients facing financial difficulties and to assist in the restructuring of their operations.
- Contribute to the development of financial models to assess restructuring options.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
- Engage with client management, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of transaction documentation and communications.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development activities and networking with potential clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of a 2:1 University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges, with a keen interest in financial restructuring and advisory work.
