Build strong relationships with clients and the consulting team to assist in managing client engagements
Leverage project management expertise and communication skills to ensure successful outcomes and maximize client value of products and services
Partner with a Senior Engagement Manager to assist with major client accounts and ensure best use of products
Assist in planning and executing client projects, ensuring completion on time and within scope
Serve as a point of contact for clients, delivering timely and effective communication
Coordinate meetings and calls with Consulting and client teams
Attend internal standups, monitor work progress and keep up with project events
Collate status reports and assist with reporting and ameliorating of risks
Gather documentation on technical issues, analysis, and solutions and communicate through correct channels
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Client Success, Support, Sales and Marketing to coordinate client plans and commitments for Professional Services
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a project management/client management role within a technical environment such as software development, technical support, or IT consulting
Experience with financial services/capital markets (strong plus)
Solid understanding of software development and technical concepts
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive and client-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
