Partner with a Senior Engagement Manager to assist with major client accounts to help them achieve maximum value from our services ensuring the best use of our products
Assist in planning and executing client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
Serve as a point of contact for clients, delivering timely and effective communication
Coordinate meetings and calls with the relevant people from Consulting and the client team
Attend internal standups and monitor work progress and keep up with project events
Collate status reports and assist with reporting and ameliorating of risks
Gather documentation on technical issues, analysis, and solutions and communicate through the correct channels
Collaborate with multiple company stakeholders to coordinate the client plans and commitments for Professional Services – working together with Product Engineering, Client Success, Support, and Sales and Marketing
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a project management/client management role within a technical environment such as software development, technical support, or IT consulting
Experience with financial services/capital markets will be considered a strong plus
Solid understanding of software development and technical concepts
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive and client-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Expert proficiency in English
