About the role
- Partner with a Senior Engagement Manager to assist with major client accounts to help them achieve maximum value from our services ensuring the best use of our products
- Assist in planning and executing client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, delivering timely and effective communication
- Coordinate meetings and calls with the relevant people from Consulting and the client team
- Attend internal standups and monitor work progress and keep up with project events
- Collate status reports and assist with reporting and ameliorating of risks
- Gather documentation on technical issues, analysis, and solutions and communicate through the correct channels
- Collaborate with multiple company stakeholders to coordinate the client plans and commitments for Professional Services – working together with Product Engineering, Client Success, Support, and Sales and Marketing
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a project management/client management role within a technical environment such as software development, technical support, or IT consulting
- Experience with financial services/capital markets will be considered a strong plus
- Solid understanding of software development and technical concepts
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and client-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Expert proficiency in English
