About the role
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members
- Find feasible solutions in a variety of situations for both client and production teams (ad-hoc questions, additional deliverables, etc.)
- Administrative tasks related to Project Management details (KPIs, Projects Data Base, and etc.)
- Prepare, plan, prioritise and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are prepared and sent to schedule
- Complying with operational scope, and managing budgets, timeline and quality per the project requirements
- Support preparation of core deliverables using Research Team platforms, techniques and technologies e.g. PowerPoint / Excel / Online portal / etc.
- Check data sets for logical consistency prior to analysis
- Manipulate data into correct format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as relevant)
- Support analysis according to client’s requirements or objectives
- Quality checking key deliverables, ensuring they are delivered accurately and to the highest quality
- Populate reports (PowerPoint) and writing commentary to draw out the key learnings and provide recommendations
- Update DP Spec based on questionnaire changes
- Update other tools and platforms e.g. Data Portals based on questionnaire changes
- Work alongside Research team in delivering bespoke and added-value analysis and insight.
Requirements
- 1+ year/s of work experience as a Market Research Executive or similar position in a Market Research Agency
- Technical skills in data manipulation (e.g. using Excel) or software such as SPSS will be considered as an advantage
- Strong general analytical skills using quantitative data
- Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in budgeting and controlling
- Very good English language command– both written and spoken
- Seek for “out of the box” solutions in different situations
- Fast learner; Proactivity and ability to prioritize work
- Very good computer and online knowledge - MS Office
- Bachelor degree (Marketing, Sociology or Economic sciences will be considered as a plus)
