About the role

  • Create and maintain Amadeus driven technology (Smart Flows, Smart Script, Quality Monitor and Concur Compleat) to support multiple servicing platforms within Altour corporate travel
  • Support corporate travel division with creative solutions that increase productivity related to the agent workflow process, end-to-end automation, client services and operational quality assurance
  • Report to the Manager of Automation Development and communicate across departments
  • Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution
  • Perform weekly script updates including thorough QA testing of all key scripts
  • Create and maintain documentation and assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction support as needed
  • Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features, operational processes and capabilities to promote standardization and efficiency
  • Recommend new solutions and processes to meet team, client, reporting & operational goals
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and determine best approach for delivery
  • Communicate status of projects, respond to service requests per department service levels, and participate in meetings and documentation
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to training team and operations

Requirements

  • Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts, Amadeus Smart Flows, and use of Amadeus Quality Monitor tools
  • Background successfully integrate Smart Scripts with APIs or Databases
  • Proficiency in deployment of solutions to agents
  • Substantial skills and proven working knowledge of Amadeus with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards
  • Experience and understanding of version control concepts and practical application of systems
  • Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products
  • 3 or more years of Amadeus Automation development
  • Experience using Concur Compleat
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Must be able to work independently and complete deliverables on time and with the highest level of quality
  • Strong critical thinking skills
