About the role
- Design and execute strategic hotel sourcing and negotiation plans tailored to client needs
- Utilize the Hotel Content program to optimize content and drive adoption across ALTOUR’s client base and agent teams
- Lead adoption strategies domestically and internationally; champion innovation in hotel sourcing and content management
- Manage consulting teams to deliver scalable client engagements and repeatable solutions
- Develop metrics and reporting to monitor adoption trends and measure client ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting, hotel sourcing, or travel procurement
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and hotel program design
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Vindow or similar hotel sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated success in scaling consulting offerings and managing P&L impact
- Strong leadership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
