About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of National-tier clients, each with structured engagement expectations and defined business goals:
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for travel program management, issue resolution, and reporting coordination
  • Develop and maintain account plans aligned to client goals, spend forecasts, and optimization opportunities
  • Facilitate structured check-ins with clients and ensure delivery of agreed reports, SLAs, and service expectations
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Inside Accounts to determine where accounts may shift tiers and require different delivery models
  • Monitor account-level profitability, renewal risk, and growth opportunities
  • Track and report client satisfaction trends and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or program delivery
  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with prioritization
  • Experience working with structured service models and reporting frameworks
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and navigating client escalations diplomatically
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, and service tracking tools
  • Travel industry or B2B service experience preferred
