About the role
- Manage a portfolio of National-tier clients, each with structured engagement expectations and defined business goals:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for travel program management, issue resolution, and reporting coordination
- Develop and maintain account plans aligned to client goals, spend forecasts, and optimization opportunities
- Facilitate structured check-ins with clients and ensure delivery of agreed reports, SLAs, and service expectations
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless program delivery
- Collaborate with the Manager, Inside Accounts to determine where accounts may shift tiers and require different delivery models
- Monitor account-level profitability, renewal risk, and growth opportunities
- Track and report client satisfaction trends and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or program delivery
- Strong client service mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with prioritization
- Experience working with structured service models and reporting frameworks
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and navigating client escalations diplomatically
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, and service tracking tools
- Travel industry or B2B service experience preferred
