About the role
- Prospect & Build Pipeline: Identify and engage decision-makers within midmarket organizations using outbound strategies and leveraging inbound leads and partnerships
- Full-Cycle Sales: Manage opportunities from initial discovery through proposal, RFP participation, negotiation, and close.
- Solution Selling: Position one of many of ALTOUR’s suite of products (corporate travel management, meetings management, analytics, AI) as a strategic solution to customer pain points.
- Value-Based Conversations: Articulate ROI and business outcomes to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (operations, implementation, account management, meetings management) to deliver a seamless sales experience.
- Forecast & Report: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast via Salesforce.
- Travel Occasionally: Attend client meetings and industry events as needed.
Requirements
- 5 + years of B2B solution sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or professional services to SME/midmarket organizations.
- Bachelors' degree in business or related field.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and closing net-new business.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution selling methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel and expense solutions is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
