About the role
- Lead strategic hotel sourcing and negotiations to grow ALTOUR’s hotel content portfolio
- Use Vindow for sourcing and analytics to ensure competitive pricing and optimal program value
- Increase hotel attach rates via reporting, training, communications, and incentives
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Supplier Relations to drive adoption
- Lead a team of consultants, analysts, and sourcing professionals and build scalable consulting infrastructure
- Drive growth of Internova’s Business Travel Consultancy offering and increase Revenue and EBITDA contribution
- Monitor competitive landscape and position Internova as a leader in hotel sourcing and program management
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and success measures for program adoption and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting, hotel sourcing, or travel procurement
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and hotel program design
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Vindow or similar hotel sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated success in scaling consulting offerings and managing P&L impact
- Strong leadership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
