Content Marketing Manager

• Own content strategy from TOFU to conversion, translating business goals into a content roadmap that grows the WELL community and fuels pipeline.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and workflows, embedding AI-assisted ideation, production and distribution into the content engine to scale output without sacrificing brand voice.
• Lead ideation, scripting, filming and editing of video content for social and other platforms.
• Create marquee content and derivative assets for our core content pillars, including guides, tutorials, articles, videos, webinars, case studies and thought leadership.
• Identify and elevate customer stories and case studies, turning real-world outcomes into content that brings new people into the WELL movement.
• Partner with IWBI thought leaders to craft narratives that advance IWBI’s broader mission to create healthier buildings and organizations, and position IWBI as the global convener of healthy building experts.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and search authority around our core mission topics.
• Manage integrated campaigns from concept through launch, partnering with the global sales team to convert inbound prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
