About the role
- Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of large-scale client programs across North America
- Ensure alignment with global strategies, timelines, and performance metrics
- Manage program budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, anticipating needs and delivering proactive solutions
- Partner with global teams, regional leads, and internal departments to ensure seamless program delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Client engagement experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred
