About the role

  • Ensuring compliance with internal requirements during the initiation of the contractual billing process for the sales team
  • Possessing a deep understanding of the tools used in sales and invoicing processes
  • Providing support and troubleshooting assistance to the sales community and other support functions
  • Ensuring key processes are executed in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical and/or Customer Services role
  • Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working

  • Maintaining data accuracy of Contractual and Transactional Billing Addresses in SFDC
  • Provide feedback on existing sales operations processes to Sales Operations Team Lead
