About the role
- Relationship & Account Management
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with medical and non-medical service providers in the EEU region
- Primary contact for all provider matters (service, quality, billing)
- Network development & quality assurance
- Selecting, evaluating and qualifying new and existing providers
- Conducting audits, credentialing processes and quality checks
- Ensuring complete geographic network coverage
- Negotiations & contract management
- Negotiating terms, rates and package offers
- Procuring and managing legally compliant provider agreements
- Developing and implementing cost-containment strategies
- Data & system maintenance (SPIN / internal systems)
- Maintaining and updating all relevant provider data in internal systems
- Providing provider recommendations, information and network support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree (completed)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in medical network management, healthcare management, travel assistance or the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience in a medical environment and/or in customer service, assistance business or provider management is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the German healthcare system
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
- Very good IT skills and experience working with digital data and administration systems
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of an Eastern European language is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice (up to 40%)
