About the role

  • Relationship & Account Management
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with medical and non-medical service providers in the EEU region
  • Primary contact for all provider matters (service, quality, billing)
  • Network development & quality assurance
  • Selecting, evaluating and qualifying new and existing providers
  • Conducting audits, credentialing processes and quality checks
  • Ensuring complete geographic network coverage
  • Negotiations & contract management
  • Negotiating terms, rates and package offers
  • Procuring and managing legally compliant provider agreements
  • Developing and implementing cost-containment strategies
  • Data & system maintenance (SPIN / internal systems)
  • Maintaining and updating all relevant provider data in internal systems
  • Providing provider recommendations, information and network support to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree (completed)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in medical network management, healthcare management, travel assistance or the pharmaceutical sector
  • Experience in a medical environment and/or in customer service, assistance business or provider management is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the German healthcare system
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
  • Very good IT skills and experience working with digital data and administration systems
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of an Eastern European language is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally at short notice (up to 40%)
