About the role
- Edit and proofread consulting deliverables for English expression, including grammar, spelling, and sentence structure, while maintaining the medical meaning.
- Adhere to and ensure group editing policies and procedures while editing.
- Gather information from and monitoring news sources, government sources, and other medical sources for news for country medical and geographical statistics.
- Complete other desktop research tasks upon request.
- Able to manage research projects individually.
- Coordinate with different regions and teams to gather relevant information.
Requirements
- Base qualification: Degree in English literature / BSc.
- Professional courses in medical writing/editing are desirable.
- Post graduate in any discipline (as preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in copy editing, research and writing with a professional publishing agency, editing agency, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
